Soul Brother Records celebrated 2014’s Record Store Day with a debut single release of a Barbara Mason classic “World In A Crisis”

The song is taken from her 1974 album “Transition”, a socio-political offering recorded at Sigma sound, and is surely one of the best early 70’s Philly tracks. This track owes a lot of its popularity to Norman Jay MBE who consistently played it on his radio shows. “Transition” is out now on CD for the first time in the UK on Soul Brother, “World In A Crisis” has never previously been released on 7” vinyl.

“Give Me Your Love” is a Curtis Mayfield penned/produced two-step classic from the album of the same name, also released on CD by Soul Brother Records.
