Bill Harris worked with legendary songwriter/producer Van McCoy in the 70s, first on “Uptown Saturday Night” for Warner Brothers on what was the title song of a blaxploitation movie with the same name in 1974. This was before “Am I Cold, Am I Hot” this recording in 1975 which has become an evergreen soul classic. This is the first issue of the single in over forty years on 7” single, original copies on RCA exchanging hands at upwards of £175 each. It is written, arrangaed and produced by Van McCoy.
