Underrated soul singer Doris Allen cut ‘Candy From A Baby’ in 1969 at Finley Duncan’s Playground studio in Valparaiso, Florida. Sadly, Doris passed away just before her Soulscape album Shell Of A Woman (SSCD 7012) was released in August 2008.
